On our trip to Maui, we always had a stopover with 12 hours, over night in San Francisco or Los Angeles... so we decided to stay a few days and visit my good friend Peter Kerle, who's living his dream now in Santa Cruz, USA.
It was a nice 3 day stopover, we saw some nice surfspots, the town Santa Cruz and San Francisco, went down 17mile drive to Big Sur and enjoyed the nature there...

We could even sail together for the first time after years - we were on Tricktionary promotour at the Helm Windsurfshop in San Francisco, when the guys sent us down to 3rd Avenue,... the wind kicked in and we had a little freestyle session. Nice spot for Freestyle by the way!!

Now on Maui - Windy but no waves for the first two days... so i was out for some Freestyle in Sprecks... nice spot - my first time there...
